MEET MICHAEL:DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND MARKETING

Michael Is a seasoned film industry professional who started out as a freelance cinematographer and editor. His past experience focused mainly on producing video content for industries including film-music-arts and entertainment-hotel-banking-real-estate-educational and instructional-industrial-sports-restaurant-live events. He became more involved in the framework of companies to help them develop the best strategie s for their marketing and advertising needs. He is a professional, director, line producer, producer, cinematographer, gaffer, key grip, editor, creative and marketing consultant. He has produced, directed, filmed and edited hundreds of commercials, music videos, and movies. He is currently Director of Operations and Marketing at Hyperdrive Filmworks based in Dallas Texas and produces and directs feature length films.

MEET MARK

Emmy Award- Winner MarkAnthony Baca is a true success story in the film and television industry. With a career built on relentless dedication and undeniable talent. His journey began right out of high school, when he made his very first debut with a fight scene in Kick Boxer 4. Soon after he gained recognition with his food fight scene in Wishbone “The Doggy Dog Days in the Wild Wild West”. Soon after he had an amazing opportunity as a stunt performer in the original Walker Texas Ranger. Over the last 5-6 years MarkAnthony has continued to build his success, starring in numerous films and most recently co-starring with legendary actor John Schneiderin the feature film“To Die For”.

With more than three decades of experience in over 100 films, television, commercials, and series. Mark has become a valuable force in the entertainment world. Following the guidance of his mentors, MarkAnthony founded his own stunt team. Extreme Force Hollywood Stunts. Originally based in California and now relocated to Austin Texas. This strategic move has helped him create one of the largest stunt and special effects companies outside of California. Further cementing his position in the industry.

MarkAnthonys extensive experience as an actor, stunt coordinator and now Emmy Winning Producer has earned him various accolades. With his most notable achievement being the production of a segment for the NFL 360 Network. Titled: HEROES which won an official Emmy Award in 2024. In just 3 years of producing, MarkAnthony has already made a significant mark on the industry.

MEET TANNER

Tanner is an up and coming cinematographer, crafting everything from the technical setup of his equipment to the artful composition and lighting of each shot. He thrives in the creative process. As a visual brand specialist, his goal is to elevate your project to meet and exceed expectations. Following his college internship, Tanner honed his craft by learning from top film and video production professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Steadily building his expertise in both the technical and business aspects of video production and photography.

His experience spans across narrative films, commercials, documentaries, brand films, industrials, and corporate projects. Tanner takes pride in forging a meaningful connection between the audience and the client’s vision, valuing collaboration as the key to creating something exceptional. He’s particularly skilled with Sony cinema cameras, which he finds perfect for any type of production, and takes immense pride in the quality of imagery he captures. Collaboration is central to Tanner’s work, and his passion for visual storytelling shines through in every project he undertakes.

MEET GABE

Gabe is a professional video director, editor, and all-purpose content creator with 20 years experience. His editing credits span the commercial landscape with campaigns for some of the biggest brands (Amazon, Coca Cola, and Walmart, just to name a few). His filmmaking background imbues his videography style with cinematic influence that elevates his branded content.

MEET RAUOL:DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY/EDITOR

I'm a cinematographer and editor from Rome, Italy. I belong to a family that has worked in the cinema industry since 1935. I started working on the set when I was 19 years old with some of the most famous Italian cinematographers and directors. I have worked as a Video Assist, Loader, Focus Puller, and Camera Operator. In 2001 I became a Director of Photography, and I was one of the first to shoot in digital format in Italy. In fact, I was the DP for the first digital Italian feature film in 2002. I have shot 70 feature movies and other projects such as commercials, documentaries, music videos, short films, and TV shows, as a camera operator I shot "Everybody Loves Raymond" Season 5, Ep.1&2 in Italy. I have worked in every part of the world with many different language crews. I've worked on very high-budget projects for famous production companies and low-budget projects for independent film productions. In 2004 I began editing. I shot and edited a movie selected for the Sundance Film Festival in 2009 “One Day in a Life”. I came to Dallas in 2014. Currently, I work full-time as Video Producer for Success On the Spectrum. I taught cinematography at University ROMA III and in Dallas for Booker T Washington.

MEET RYAN

Hailing from South Texas, Ryan is an experienced 1st and 2nd camera assistant with a passion for visual storytelling in film and television. With a background in cinematography and hands-on experience on various production sets, he excels in operating camera equipment and maintaining seamless communication with the director of photography and crew. Known for his attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to adapt, Ryan is committed to supporting the creative vision of each project and ensuring the highest production quality. He has contributed to a diverse array of projects, from independent films to commercial productions, and continues to seek opportunities to grow within the industry.

MEET CARLOS:1st AC-2nd AC/KEY GRIP/GAFFER

Carlos "Neuma" Gutierrez, also known as aFILMativo, is a talented filmmaker who works in various areas of the camera department on film productions. He is highly skilled in his role as a camera assistant and focus puller and is known for his ability to work efficiently under pressure and his attention to detail. In addition to his work in film productions, Carlos is also involved in a small project called "The Foundation" where he directs music videos and helps new talents to develop their skills and showcase their work. He is dedicated to his craft and is constantly looking for new ways to improve and evolve his skills. Carlos's passion for film and his dedication to his craft are evident in his work, and he is known for his ability to bring a unique vision and style to each project. He is a true artist who is always pushing the boundaries of what is possible and is sure to continue making an impact in the film industry for many years to come.

MEET CHARLES

Born and raised in West Texas, Charles is an emerging media production professional with a passion for storytelling and visual craftsmanship. After discovering his calling in the film industry, he moved to Fort Worth to pursue his career. Since graduating college, he has steadily built his experience, working on an increasing number of sets.

Charles primarily works as a grip and production assistant, with additional expertise in operating studio cameras, switchers, and teleprompters. During one of his internships, he gained hands-on experience writing camera reports, creating hot sheets, and working as a Digital Imaging Technician (DIT). Known for his strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, adaptability, punctuality, and commitment to on-set safety, he takes pride in his professionalism.

Eager to broaden his expertise, Charles seeks opportunities across various production types—from feature films to broadcast news and everything in between. Passionate about his craft, he embraces each project as a chance to grow and looks forward to the journey ahead.

MEET CHRIS: DIGITAL IMAGING TECH/LIVE STREAM TECH

For the past two decades has worked in film and media production, live events, audiovisual integration, IT security, and product management & marketing with a speciality in video technology. With over two decades of expertise in film and media production, live events, audiovisual integration, IT, and product management & marketing, he brings a comprehensive skill set to every project.His unique blend of technical knowledge and customer-centric approach ensures the highest-quality execution and attention to details. In 2024 he formed TexasDITS and created REMOTE DIT, innovative technology solutions for filmmakers.

MEET MITCH:DRONE OPERATOR

Mitch is a a DFW based videographer and Drone Operator and has been working freelance for over a decade. In that time, Ihe hascaptured long and short form documentaries, television advertisements, non-profit promos, and reality television.

MEET CATHERINE:1st ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/UNIT PRODUCTION MANAGER/SCRIPT SUPERVISOR

Catherine started her career as an Assistant Choreographer and Assistant Director in the Indian film industry before transitioning to the US where she works as an Assistant Director and Script Supervisor. Her proven track record of managing the technical and administrative aspects of film production ensures the safe, efficient, colloborative, and creative success of any project she’s a part of.

MEET JENNIFER:POST PRODUCTION SOUND DESIGN

Jen has mixed hundreds of commercials that have aired nationally, recording Emmy and Grammy winners for household brands. She crafts original sound design to elevate film and TV. She takes a thoughtful approach to collaboration, understanding the director's vision and the needs of each story and scene. Jen designs sound effects and composes hybrid orchestral music for film trailers.

Katie Otten is a SAG-eligible, stage/film actor, voice actor, educator, and model based in Dallas, TX.

She has a Master of Arts in Theatre Performance from the University of Nebraska - Omaha and many years of professional experience.

MEET ALBIE:LOCATION SOUND MIXER/BOOM OPERATOR

Albie Robles is a Mexican-American voice actor who has lent his voice to various animated series, video games, and commercials. He was born on September 23, 1978, in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Robles' first job as an actor was for the BBC series, "Disaster". Decades later, he entered entertainment field again when he discovered his talent in voice acting and began to pursue it, finding work ranging from audiobook narration to corporate training videos for companies such as Smithfield Foods, Motorola, and Icy Hot. He then ventured into more character work, eventually voicing multiple characters in the English dub of the anime series, "One Piece".

Robles has also lent his voice to video games such as "Waxworks: Curse of the Ancestors" "City of Crime: Gang Wars", and "Five Nations". He has worked with top-notch game studios like Ubisoft.

Aside from his voice acting career, Robles is also known for his work as the host and producer for the Scare Me Podcast.

In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Robles is also a family man. He is married and has two children. Robles is a talented voice actor with a unique voice that has brought life to many characters. His passion for his craft and dedication to his work have made him a valuable asset to the entertainment industry.

With many years in the biz, he's gone from crafting props and building sets for theater productions at places like Dallas Theater Center and Santa Fe Opera to bringing magic to film, commercials, and music videos. Now, he's delighting audiences by creating unique novelty items, toys, realistic action props, costumes, and set dressing that bring stories to life. I have 12 years of experience video directing and operating broadcast cameras for live events, with 9 years of experience on a long lens. I have 7 years of experience on PTZ cameras, and 6 years as a handheld operator aside from my personal videography business. I also shade cameras, run PowerPoint as well as Pro Presenter, Playback Pro, and records.

Shanae has been a professional hair and makeup artist for 18 years. She also specializes in SFX and prosthetics. Her work is featured in movies, music videos and corporate and commercial projects.

Kristian has worked on many projects for clients all over the world. You can hear his voice in anime with Crunchyroll, live-action dubbing with Disney+, AAA games with Blizzard Entertainment, as well as commercials, audiobooks and longform narration.

Kristian also travels the country performing improv comedy with his troupe Take One. They have performed at festivals, conventions, and theatres all over the US.

Kristian works very hard to make sure his performances are the best that they can be with constant training. That being said, he's also a comedian, and knows how to have fun and not take things too seriously.
